A school is an educational establishment designed primarily to offer learning facilities and learning environments to students under the guidance of qualified instructors. Most developed countries have systems of conventional formal education, which in some cases may be compulsory. In such systems, students pass through a sequence of primary schools. First, in this system, children are given the opportunity to develop their leadership skills because they spend more time in group activities. Children who have been involved in clubs or sports also see the importance of working together as a team and are given more chances to show their talents on the field. A secondary education system allows children to improve their mathematical skills, their English communication skills, and their social and moral values. All of these skills will be beneficial when they go on to study for their careers in the future.
